Engineering and Project Management Director

Mo’s career in Engineering, Project Management and Organisational Operations spans 27 years, primarily focused on delivering major projects in the Land Development and Subdivisions, Civil, Infrastructure, and Buildings.

A highly motivated and proactive organisational leader, Mo has executive-level managementexperience, with a proven track record in creating value and achieving optimal performance for shareholders.

Mo has extensive experience in project and program management, demonstrated expertise in implementation phases of complex and unique projects. He has developed multi-disciplined teams to deliver infrastrucutre and building projects, addressing technical, commercial, and time-related challenges to achieve optimal client results.

Mo is a proud Australian entrepreneur and business leader. He is a Founding Director of the Pioneered Holding and Pioneered Modern Engineering Companies, a pioneering group which is investing and developing in Land Development and Construction across Western Australia. We specialize in mid-size (two to ten hectares) of subdivision project, handling the projects from day one to done.

Innovative and creative, Mo employs a lateral approach to problem-solving, seeking new methods to achieve project goals and promote organizational excellence. He is an effective leader, providing clear communication and direction to cross-functional teams while promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Mo has lived, learned, worked, and conducted business in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Oceania regions. This exposure to state-of-the-art technologies has fostered a strong interest in utilizing Modern Methods of Construction to ensure the successful completion of significant projects.

Mo is committed to business sustainability within the context of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG), positive organisational psychology, community wellbeing, and diversity.

Mo earned a Master of Engineering from the University of Maryland, specializing in Project, Program, and Portfolio Management (P3M). Additionally, he holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Cairo University and a graduate diploma in Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland. He has recently completed the AICD’s Company Directors Course and a Leadership & Governance Program from AIM.
