Mo Helaly is the Managing Director and Projects & Engineering Director of Pioneered Modern Engineering.
Mo brings more than 25 years of experience across engineering, project delivery, construction management, organisational leadership and major infrastructure and building developments. He has led multidisciplinary teams through complex project environments, balancing technical, commercial, operational and stakeholder requirements to achieve practical and commercially sustainable outcomes.
His experience includes project governance, delivery strategy, contract management, risk management, construction delivery and operational leadership across both public and private sector projects.
As Co-Founder of PME, Mo leads the company’s engineering and project delivery functions, ensuring projects are strategically planned, professionally managed and executed with a strong focus on quality, safety, commercial performance and client satisfaction.
Ahmed Ali
Co-Founder | Commercial & Finance Director
Ahmed Ali is the Commercial & Finance Director of Pioneered Modern Engineering and brings more than two decades of experience across engineering, construction, property development, commercial management and financial strategy.
Ahmed has extensive experience across the full project and development lifecycle, including legal and commercial structuring, site acquisition, feasibility analysis, procurement, capital funding, financial management and project delivery oversight.
His commercial leadership supports PME in evaluating opportunities strategically, managing commercial risk, maintaining financial discipline and supporting sustainable business growth.
With a practical and commercially focused leadership style, Ahmed aligns project decisions with client expectations, financial performance and long-term market positioning.
Mahmoud Abdelhamied
Co-Founder | Operations & Marketing Director
Mahmoud Abdelhamied is the Operations & Marketing Director of Pioneered Modern Engineering. He supports the company’s operations through business administration, internal coordination, stakeholder communication, marketing coordination, branding support and organisational systems management.
With a background in engineering, asset integrity, project coordination and stakeholder management, Mahmoud brings a structured and practical approach to PME’s operational, administrative and marketing functions.
His experience across technical and corporate environments helps ensure PME operates with clear internal processes, professional communication standards and a consistent market presence.
Mahmoud also contributes to business development and client engagement activities, helping strengthen PME’s professional presentation and organisational capability.
